Facilitating the MBTI®

Another workshop and the realization of how much Susan and I enjoy presenting them!  We are truly blessed with the opportunity to give to others and share the knowledge of personality type. To see ‘aha’ moments occur when facilitating the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® based workshops is very rewarding and exciting for us and those involved.

For all who attend the workshops, the knowledge of how our actions affect others is valuable in both the workplace and life in general.  Human interaction, mainly communication, causes most of the stress and conflict in our lives and generally it is not the message, but the delivery of the message.  Understanding personality differences gives us tools to lessen or avoid the communication challenges that occur at work and home.

For us, each workshop is a learning experience as well.  Even though over a thousand participants have attended our workshops, the personality type makeup of each group is different and we observe different behaviours and interactions as a result.  We have an opportunity to learn again this week, with another workshop and a new team to work with on communication.  Life is fun!
