Sometimes we need help and don’t know it. We think that the problem is ours to solve, we are the only one with it, even though we are at the wall with nowhere to turn. This can lead to frustration and health problems if we don’t find a solution.
Sometimes we know we need help but pride keeps us from seeking it. We don’t want others to know we can’t solve the issues that are facing us. This also can lead to health issues.
Whether the challenges we face are in business, personal or in our career decisions, sharing them with friends or professionals is the first step in resolving them. No matter what the issues are, we are not the only ones who have ever been there.
Talking it through may not solve the issue but will give a different perspective to approach it. This can lead to solutions that had not previously occurred to us.
Knowing when we are stuck, knowing when it is affecting our health, and knowing when to ask for help will reduce the stress in our lives.
