Third week of January, Eighteen days since you made promises to yourself of the changes you would like to see in your life. It may have been travel, diet, exercise, more family time, education, a new job, a job, or other wants and needs for 2016.
So how are you doing? Have you made a start by putting it down on paper, making it real? Have you outlined the steps you need to take? Have you looked at everything you are doing and asked yourself, “Is this taking me closer to, or further away from my goal?” Do you know where to begin or are you stuck?
If you are stuck you might consider enlisting the help of a life coach. Likely the promises you made to yourself in the form of New Year’s resolutions weren’t done on a whim. You had an actual desire to make a change. When you are challenged in the process it is really easy to slip back where you were previously as it is familiar territory even if you would rather not be there.
