Myers-Briggs Type Inventory®

If you are wanting to make changes in your life as a promise to yourself in 2017, a place to start for you might be the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory®.  Understanding how you and others communicate and make decisions certainly helps in networking and choosing a path that is in tune with your preferences.  It is not limiting or prescriptive, but can be a valuable ‘tool’ in the ‘toolbox’ as you explore the journey ahead.

For management teams and boards, having knowledge of personality type can help to ensure that all input has been taken into account for decision making.  Team members can better understand and manage;

Type is about preferences and does not measure knowledge, skills, or abilities.  Knowledge of type should empower team members, not limit them.
