Hello Larry, You were highly recommended to me by Judy Dueck. We work for the same organization, the Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council. Judy is in the Human Resources department and I am in the Nursing department. I am looking for someone like you to provide a session that will help staff understand how their communication impacts others. Maybe this could be a Myers-Briggs or something similar. Are you open to providing this type of session? I am not sure, but thinking it would be for a small group. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks
Hi Jeanette,
I would like to meet with you on site if possible. This would give me the opportunity to see how what I do might be of assistance. Please let me know some times that might work for you. Please respond to lrassess@telus.net.
Sincerely,
Larry
Hello Larry,
I have another request for your services if you offer conflict resolution training? I have a new nursing supervisor that could use some conflict resolution training. Thank you.
Hi Jeanette,
The short answer is yes, but need more information. If we could get together that would be great.
Sincerely
Larry
Hi Jeanette,
You had contacted me just before everything shut down because of COVID. We have started doing workshops again and, if you are still interested, I would be pleased to discuss your needs with you.
Try to stay cool in this heat!
Larry Rumming
